Dust Collection SystemThe Décofiltre can operate under negative or positive pressure. Air, laden with particles and dust, enters the dust collector through an air inlet, either directly into the hopper or onto a vertical wall with an impact deflector plate. Heavy particles are projected by gravity into the lower hopper to be continuously recovered by a pneumatic or mechanical reclaim system. Finer dust particles, in an upward air movement, are captured in the filter section by the filter elements. The purified air is returned to the plant or the atmosphere. The filter elements, laden with fine dust, are continuously cleaned by a pulsed-air jet cleaning system, controlled by a sequential programmer.
